En este contexto, se ha elaborado todo un c\u00f3digo no s\u00f3lo normativo, sino tambi\u00e9n moral en funci\u00f3n de las creencias compartidas sobre lo que resulta o no aceptable o los valores que seguimos.<\/h5>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Aunque desde el momento en que nacemos estamos sumergidos en \u00e9l, lo cierto es que la moral no surge espont\u00e1neamente sino que se va desarrollando poco a poco a lo largo de nuestra evoluci\u00f3n y maduraci\u00f3n. Ello tiene un enorme inter\u00e9s a nivel cient\u00edfico, y son muchos los autores que han explorado y desarrollado teor\u00edas respecto a c\u00f3mo aparece la moral en el ser humano. Entre ellos podemos encontrar\u00a0<strong>la teor\u00eda del desarrollo moral de Jean Piaget<\/strong>, de la cual vamos a hablar a lo largo de este art\u00edculo.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" style=\"border: 1px solid #CCC; border-width: 1px; margin-bottom: 5px; max-width: 100%;\" src=\"\/\/www.slideshare.net\/slideshow\/embed_code\/key\/5kKEqCKfbdzEYV\" width=\"100%\" height=\"485\" frameborder=\"0\" marginwidth=\"0\" marginheight=\"0\" scrolling=\"no\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><span data-mce-type=\"bookmark\" style=\"display: inline-block; width: 0px; overflow: hidden; line-height: 0;\" class=\"mce_SELRES_start\">\ufeff<\/span><span data-mce-type=\"bookmark\" style=\"display: inline-block; width: 0px; overflow: hidden; line-height: 0;\" class=\"mce_SELRES_start\">\ufeff<\/span> <\/iframe><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Piaget estaba interesado en particular en tres aspectos principales de la comprensi\u00f3n de los ni\u00f1os sobre los problemas morales:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">1. La comprensi\u00f3n de las reglas por parte de los ni\u00f1os. Lo cual implica preguntas como:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00bfDe d\u00f3nde vienen las reglas?<\/li>\n<li>\u00bfSe pueden cambiar las reglas?<\/li>\n<li>\u00bfQui\u00e9n crea las reglas?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">2. La comprensi\u00f3n de los ni\u00f1os sobre la responsabilidad moral. Esto lleva a preguntas tales como:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>\u00bfQui\u00e9n tiene la culpa de las \u201ccosas malas\u00bb?<\/li>\n<li>\u00bfEs el resultado del comportamiento lo que hace que una acci\u00f3n sea \u00abmala\u00bb?<\/li>\n<li>\u00bfHay alguna diferencia entre un acto indebido accidental y uno deliberado?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">3. La comprensi\u00f3n de los ni\u00f1os de la justicia.
